Ineco has been contracted by Aena Internacional to prepare the operations and safety procedures at Quatro de Fevereiro Airport (Luanda), Angola's main aerodrome.

The project includes identifying dysfunctions or hazards that the airport might suffer in the areas of airport operations and safety, drafting any necessary action procedures, such as the emergency plan or vehicle control on the aeronautical side, among others.

Once the procedures have been developed, training will be given to airport personnel on properly applying them and managing them in real time (resource assignment, stopover management…).

Finally, quality levels will be defined for the most important processes affected by the new procedures, in accordance with other factors such as airport infrastructures, systems and available resources.
