Ineco participated in the fifth edition of the Mexico-European Union Forum: Mexican and European challenges, which was held in Mexico City on 16 and 17 October. Organised by the Euroamérica Foundation, the Forum offers a space for debate to analyse and assess the current and future situation of relations between Mexico and Europe. 

The director of the President's Board, Celestino Rodriguez, represented the company in a round table discussion, chaired by the Undersecretary of Infrastructure of the Mexican Government, Cedric Ivan Escalante, on the role of infrastructure and new technologies in economic and social integration. In his speech, Celestino Rodríguez highlighted the importance of mobility in the development of countries and cities; and how Ineco, in its more than 50 years of history, has promoted this mobility on five continents with projects that are also ground-breaking in the adoption of new technologies applied to transport.

Taking advantage of his trip, Celestino Rodríguez, together with the North American and Multilateral delegate, José Solorza, visited the Ineco teams in Mexico City, communicating to them the value of their daily work and highlighting the company's historical role in Mexico.
