Passenger Terminal Conference and Exhibition 2014 opened its gates on the 25th of March in Barcelona. With Aena as host, this year’s event counted more than 160 exhibiting companies from more than 85 countries, and around 3,500 assistants and 300 speakers.

José Manuel Vargas, Chairman of Aena, opened the gathering and visited Ineco’s stand, where the Aviation Business Director, José Ángel Higueras, and the International Airport Account Director, Ángel Galán, were waiting for him along with the technicians and sales team from Ineco present at the event.

During the days, meetings were held with clients and potential clients interested in our solutions. Among them, representatives from the General Authority of Civil Aviation from Saudi Arabia (GACA), operators from Sheremetyevo airport (Russia), and resposibles from the Brazilian public company Infraero Aeroportos.

In the congress, Ineco presented the conferences “The importance of environmental considerations in airport master plans” and “High speed and air transport: impacts and cooperative strategies”, from which more information will come after the event.
