Ineco has incorporated its first professional into its new шанс (Opportunity) Program, an expert in air traffic who will work alongside the aerospace team. This pioneering initiative to welcome Ukrainian talent offers a professional opportunity within MITMA Group engineering and consulting to those who have been forced to leave their country as a result of the Russian aggression.

Ineco is opening a way of collaboration with the Ukrainian refugee centers in Spain, and will work in coordination with organizations such as CEAR or ACCEM. In addition, two volunteers from the company of Ukrainian nationality will support the Red Cross as interpreters in the process of welcoming the Ukrainian refugee population arriving in Spain as a result of Russia's aggression against their country.

The implemented formula allows Ineco to integrate into its workforce technical profiles with knowledge in digital transformation and transport engineering (aeronautical, railway, road, urban and maritime transport), as well as architecture, helping their incorporation and adaptation to the country through training actions such as the "OnBoarding" Welcome Program, Spanish and English lessons or technical and transversal training.

The program reinforces Ineco's multicultural character, where more than 37 different nationalities make up the teams that lead and develop technically and technologically leading projects on five continents.

This action is in addition to the solidarity campaigns already carried out by Ineco professionals, thanks to which it provided more than 4,300 blankets and more than 13,000 food rations for refugees in collaboration with UNHCR and World Central Kitchen (NGO of Spanish chef José Andrés), as well as the delivery of basic consumer goods through 14 organizations that deliver them to Ukraine.
